Network cabling and closet cleanup in Nashville
Most Nashville offices we walk into have a closet nobody wants to touch. We trace what's there, label it, re-patch it and leave it so the next person can work on it without guessing.
Visits are $99, credited toward your job if you hire us.

What we do
- Tracing and labeling. We tone out unlabeled cables, find where each one goes and label both ends.
- Re-patching. Long, tangled patch cords get replaced with short ones in a sensible order, switch by switch.
- Rack and stack. Switches, firewalls, servers and UPS units mounted, patched and dressed, with cable management where it's missing.
- Patch panels. Loose cables pulled off the floor and terminated on a panel.
- Dead cable removal. Abandoned runs and old equipment pulled out, with your OK first.
- Port map. A simple spreadsheet of what each port feeds, plus before and after photos.
When it's worth doing
Good times to clean up are right before a switch or firewall replacement, when you move into a space with someone else's cabling, when a new MSP takes over the account, or when nobody can tell which cable feeds the front desk. It's also worth a look if cords are hanging in walkways or blocking airflow to the equipment.

How pricing works
Every job starts with a $99 site visit. If you hire us for the work, the full $99 is credited toward the job.
Cleanup depends on the size of the closet and how much needs tracing, so we price it as a job after we've seen it. You get the number and the plan for downtime before we unplug anything.
Areas we cover
We work within about 20 miles of downtown Nashville, including East Nashville, Donelson, Hermitage, Old Hickory, Madison, Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Antioch, La Vergne, Brentwood, Nolensville and Bellevue. Right on the edge, like Franklin or Smyrna? Call or text and we'll tell you straight.
Questions
Will the cleanup take our network down?
Each port has to be unplugged and moved, so we plan it with you. Most closets get done in sections with a few minutes down per section, or in the evening or on a Sunday when nobody is working.
Can you trace cables nobody labeled?
Yes. We use a toner and tester to find where each cable ends up, then label both ends to match.
Do you mount racks and equipment?
Yes. Wall-mount and floor racks, shelves, switches, firewalls, servers and UPS units, mounted and patched.
What do we get at the end?
Before and after photos, a port map and notes on anything we found that needs attention, sent the same day.
